Reflection
This project was a pivotal moment in sharpening my ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams under tight creative and technical constraints. Guiding a vision from early sketches to a global marketing launch taught me how to manage complexity, balance diverse stakeholder expectations, and maintain quality under pressure. Today, I draw on these experiences to navigate large-scale initiatives with agility, drive creative excellence, and ensure that both business and artistic goals are met—even in fast-paced, evolving environments.
